IHeartRadio Music Awards just passed on May 1st, 2014. The first tropy that was announced was given to Rihanna. She won this award for Hip-Hop/R&B Song of the Year, the song was Pour It Up. One of my favorite songs, love it. Rihanna was also rewared a trophy for Artist of the year and best fan army. She actially was late, stuck in traffic, but made it into and hour of the show, she also did give a couple speeches thanking her fans. The other artist who where elected for this category were,
““Holy Grail” JAY Z feat. Justin Timberlake
“Hold On We’re Going Home” Drake feat. Majid Jordan
“Blurred Lines” Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell
“Started From The Bottom” Drake
Suprising that Drake didn't win this one, but I can't lie, when it comes to Rihann, her songs are also amazing!

The next award they gave, was for best best collabortaion. Pitbull won this one with his song "Timber" feat. Kes$ha. The other artist that were elected were “Stay” Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko
“Suit & Tie” Justin Timberlake feat. JAY Z,“The Monster” Eminem feat. Rihanna
“Holy Grail” JAY Z feat. Justin Timberlake.
Out of all those songs my favorite would be Holy Grail by Jay Z.

The next award that was given out was for best new artist, this one was my favorite. The winner was Lorde. I love her songs and she is littertally my favorite new artist. The other new artist that were in this category were

Imagine Dragons
Icona Pop
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis

I'm glad Lorde won, but I'm not suprised Macklemore didn't win because i've heard some great news on him and I hear many people talking about how they love him!



COUNTRY SONG OF THE YEAR

Out of all these, who do you think won the best country song? Well Boys 'Round Here by Blake Shelton is the winner. I do not recognize his name, but I'm slightly sad Tim McGraw didn't win, because he is my favorite. I love a lot of his songs.

Last reward I'm going to talk about is best lyrics. Here were the choices.

My favorite songs out of these is Say Something and Wrecking Ball. Nothing suprising knowing Miley Cyrus won this one. Not mad thought, wrecking ball is one of my favorites and I do enjoy listening to it.
